Stakeholders are actors who participate to a greater or lesser extent in the company’s activity. Employees, suppliers and bankers are key stakeholders. There is a distinction between shareholders and stakeholders as their respective roles are quite different, even though they are sometimes treated as being the same in corporate financial communication.
